What is a Redemption Code?
Redemption codes are purchased from third-party channels, such as the Alibaba Cloud Chinese Marketplace. The value, usage rules, and validity period of a redemption code are subject to the rules of the channel from which it was purchased. Redemption codes can be redeemed for seat-months. One seat-month covers the cost of one seat for one month. After redemption, the seat-month credits will be automatically added to your organization’s balance and will be automatically applied to subscriptions and upgrades.Upon redemption, the credits corresponding to the code will be bound to the current organization. Their value will be added to the organization’s balance and is valid for two years from the date of redemption.

How to Use Redemption Codes
Redeem When Creating an Organization
- Log in to the official Qoder website. Purchase Teams through the pricing page and manually select the “redeem code” mode to create an organization, or directly visit the link to go to the create organization page in redeem code mode.
- Enter the redemption code and fill in the organization’s information.
- Click Create.
Top Up Organization Balance
For organizations created with a redemption code, you can top up the organization’s balance using redemption codes.- The organization administrator goes to Organization Settings > Plan and Balance > Organization Balance.
- Click “Redeem Code”, enter the redemption code, and confirm the prompted information.
- Click OK.
