Configure enterprise subscription renewal by purchase channel and understand the differences between marketplace Enterprise and Teams plans.
This page explains renewal for Qoder Global enterprise subscriptions. Check your organization’s purchase channel and plan before choosing the relevant procedure.
For organizations that purchased on the official website, admins can go to Subscription & Billing > Enable auto-renewal. Once enabled, the default payment method will be charged automatically at the end of each cycle.
For organizations that purchased through the cloud marketplace, only Enterprise plans support auto-renewal. Use the purchasing Alibaba Cloud account to go to the corresponding Service Details > Enable auto-renewal in the cloud marketplace. Once enabled, the payment method configured in the Alibaba Cloud account will be charged automatically at the end of each cycle. See Auto-renewal for details.
Teams uses a seat-month balance. When the balance is insufficient, purchase additional Teams seat-month products through the cloud marketplace. Recurring member charges are deducted from the organization’s balance. See About Redemption Codes for the detailed rules.
For time-based subscriptions, renewal extends the subscription term without changing seats or specifications. Upgrades and downgrades change seats or specifications without changing the subscription term. See Subscription Adjustment Rules for fee calculations.
