The Teams Plan is designed for organizations and teams. It currently includes the following key features, with more constantly being added:
  • Centralized Billing: Manage your organization’s payments from a single account.
  • Centralized Admin Console: Enforce member access permissions, manage data privacy modes, and more.
  • Domain-based Access Control: Restrict account access to specific email domains.
  • Single Sign-On (SSO): Support for enterprise-grade single sign-on.

Teams Plan Pricing

The Teams Plan is priced at $30/seat/month. In addition to features built for organizations, each seat comes with a fixed monthly quota of 2000 Credits for accessing advanced models. When the monthly Credits are exhausted, users will automatically switch to the basic model to continue using the service. (Please note: The basic model has a limit on the number of user messages.)

Seat Quota

Each seat in the Teams Plan includes Credits for advanced models equivalent in value to the subscription fee ($30), plus additional bonus Credits from us.
  • Each seat comes with a quota of 2,000 Credits. Seat Credits are non-transferable and cannot be shared between users.
  • Seat Credits are only valid within the current billing cycle. Any unused Credits will expire and be reset to zero at the end of the cycle.

How Seats Are Billed

Any user in your organization who is assigned a billable role will occupy a seat. Once a seat is occupied, it will be billed for the entire duration of the current billing cycle, even if the user’s role is later downgraded or they are removed from the organization. Please refer to “Members and Roles” for role descriptions. You can add or remove seats at any time, and your bill will be adjusted immediately. The rules for these changes are as follows.

Adding and Reducing Seats

The Teams Plan requires a minimum of 2 seats to start. You can change your seat count at any time during your subscription.
  • Adding Seats: When you add a new seat, you will be charged on a prorated basis for the remainder of the current billing cycle. The included Credit quota for the new seat will also be allocated on a prorated basis.
  • Reducing Seats: You can reduce your seat count for any purchased but unassigned seats within the current billing cycle. The price difference for the reduced seats will be credited to your organization’s account balance on a prorated basis. This balance will be automatically applied to future invoices. This account balance:
    • Can only be used within the Qoder platform.
    • Has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
    • Is non-transferable.
    • Does not accrue interest.

Centralized Billing

Teams supports unified billing for all members of an organization. Administrators can navigate to Organization Settings > Subscription & Billing > Orders to view all of the organization’s orders, and pay for or cancel outstanding ones. On the Organization Settings > Subscription & Billing > Manage Payment Information page, you can manage and remove past payment methods, set a default payment method, and update your billing address. All updates will only apply to future transactions.

Resource Packs

For times when your seat allowances aren’t enough, we are planning to introduce shareable Resource Packs for your organization. This will provide a flexible way to purchase additional resources.
