Eligible Participants
- Referrer: Any user with a registered Qoder account in good standing (i.e., not suspended, banned, or otherwise restricted) in a country or region where Qoder provides services is eligible to participate in this Referral Program. Upon participation, they are referred to as a “Referrer”.
- Referee: A new user who has never registered for or used Qoder. Upon participation, they are referred to as a “Referee”.
Qoder reserves the right to determine a user’s eligibility to participate in the Referral Program.
Definition of a Successful Referral
- The Referrer copies their unique referral link and shares it with a Referee who has not yet registered with Qoder.
- The Referee successfully registers for a Qoder account through that link.
- The Referee downloads and logs into the Qoder client on a non-virtual machine. They will automatically receive a 2-week Pro Trial and 1,000 Credits as a welcome bonus. Please note, this bonus is limited to one per person for their first account; subsequent registrations are not eligible.
- The referral is considered successful once the Referee becomes an active user by consuming 100 Credits within 14 days of registration. These Credits can be from the Pro Trial bonus or from a purchased plan.
Referrer Rewards
The reward consists of two parts:- For each successful referral, the Referrer will receive 200 Credits.
- For every 5 successful referrals , the Referrer will receive an additional bonus of 1,000 Credits.
Reward Cap
There is a limit to the number of referral rewards a Referrer can earn per calendar month. A Referrer can earn rewards for a maximum of 100 successful referrals per calendar month.Invalid Referrals
Referrals that do not meet the program’s criteria or are flagged as fraudulent or manipulative (e.g., self-referrals, creating fake accounts, using spam or other malicious promotion methods) will be deemed invalid and ineligible for rewards. If Qoder determines a referral activity to be fraudulent, manipulative, or in violation of the Qoder Referral Program terms, it will result in disqualification from the program and forfeiture of any earned rewards.- Non-Transferable: Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Compliance with Laws: Referrers must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations, including but not limited to those concerning advertising, promotion, and data privacy. Referrals that violate any laws, including deceptive or misleading practices, are strictly prohibited.
- Honest Representation: Referrers must accurately represent Qoder’s products, services, and reputation. False, exaggerated, or misleading statements are prohibited.
- Non-Disparagement: Referrers shall not engage in any activity that disparages Qoder, its products, services, or reputation.
- Prohibited Activities: Referrers are forbidden from:
- Engaging in spamming, sending unsolicited messages, or other forms of intrusive communication.
- Using fraudulent, unethical, or coercive tactics to obtain referrals.
- Self-Referral: Referrers are prohibited from referring themselves or engaging in any activity designed to manipulate the referral program for personal gain.
- Cancellation/Clawback: Any rewards issued by Qoder will be immediately canceled, forfeited, and/or reclaimed if the Referrer violates any obligations, terms, conditions, requirements, policies, laws, or rules associated with their account or any of Qoder’s services or products.
- Confidentiality: Referrers must maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information shared by Qoder during the referral program and about the Referees, and shall not disclose such information to third parties.
- Program Duration: The Referral Program is effective as of October 15, 2025. Qoder reserves the right to modify or terminate the program and its terms at any time.
- Program Modifications: Qoder reserves the right to modify or cancel the program, change its terms, reward structure, or eligibility criteria at any time.
