I registered a long time ago but have never paid. Does this count as my first purchase?
Yes. Eligibility depends on whether the account has ever completed a successful payment, not when it was registered. I already have a Personal subscription. Can I participate?
Yes. Renew or upgrade in September to receive 1,000 bonus Credits. When will I receive the bonus Credits, and how long are they valid?
They are added automatically within a few minutes after payment succeeds. No additional action is required. They are valid for 30 days after they are issued. Will unused bonus Credits be cleared when the event ends?

Credits bonus

1. Event period: September 1, 2026 at 10:00 through September 30, 2026 at 24:00 (Beijing Time, UTC+8). Bonus eligibility is determined by whether the order payment succeeds within this period. Orders paid outside this period are not eligible.
2. Eligibility: The Credits bonus applies only to monthly Personal plans. The first-purchase bonus applies only to Pro and Pro+. A first-time Ultra purchase is not eligible. Pro, Pro+, and Ultra subscriptions renewed, upgraded, or reopened after expiration during the event receive 1,000 Credits. The bonus is issued as general-purpose Credits. Teams, Enterprise plans, and other non-monthly Personal subscriptions are not eligible.
3. First purchase: An account qualifies as a first-time purchaser if it has never had a successful payment. A refunded order still counts as a previous payment, so a later purchase is not treated as a first purchase.
4. Issuance and amount: Bonus Credits are issued asynchronously after the corresponding order payment succeeds and usually arrive within a few minutes. First purchase: 2,000 for Pro, 6,000 for Pro+, and 0 for Ultra. Renewal or upgrade: 1,000 for Pro, Pro+, and Ultra. The amount shown on the order confirmation page prevails.
5. Validity: Bonus Credits are valid for 30 calendar days from the time they are issued, calculated in Beijing Time. Unused Credits expire and do not roll over. The end or early termination of the event does not affect bonus Credits already issued and still within their validity period.
6. Refunds: Orders with Credits consumed during the subscription period are non-refundable. If an unused order meets the requirements for a full refund, the subscription is canceled, unused bonus Credits are revoked, and the account is still considered to have made a previous payment.

Other terms

1. Benefit restrictions: Bonus Credits cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, or invoiced.
2. Abuse prevention: Qoder may disqualify accounts involved in abnormal or bulk registration, fraudulent transactions, or other violations of the Terms of Service, and may revoke issued bonus Credits.
3. Event changes: Qoder may adjust, suspend, or terminate the Credits promotion and will provide notice by updating this page or through other official channels.
4. Taxes and usage: Prices exclude applicable taxes. Credits usage and model pricing are governed by the Help Center and purchase page.
