Efficient is the standard-reasoning tier: fast and low-cost. Most everyday development work that does not need deep reasoning can go here.
A practical split: use Ultimate or Performance for complex design and hard debugging, then switch to Efficient for implementation, tests, and fixes once the plan is set. Save Credits for the steps that need deep reasoning.
Q: Are other tiers free too?
No. This offer applies to the Efficient tier only. Auto, Ultimate, Performance, and specific models bill at the published multiplier.
Q: Do I need to redeem or sign up?
No. It applies automatically while your paid subscription or seat is active. Open the model picker and select Efficient.
Q: Does it apply to the free plan?
Yes during the Pro trial, as long as your account has a Credits balance. It does not apply after the trial ends or once your Credits are used up.
Q: Does it apply to Teams and Enterprise?
Yes. On Teams, selecting Efficient does not deduct from the Credits included with each seat. On Enterprise, it does not deduct from the resource pool. Service Accounts are not included.
Q: Why do I see other charges in my Credits details when I selected Efficient?
Some tasks (for example, those involving sub-agents) automatically call specific models to complete the work. Those calls bill at the published multiplier and are shown in your details. The offer only covers Efficient when you select it yourself.
Q: Efficient is slow or rate-limited at peak hours. What can I do?
Efficient sees heavy use during the offer, so peak hours may bring rate limits or slower responses. Try again shortly, or switch to another tier temporarily (billed at the published multiplier).
Q: When does the offer end?
To be determined. We will give advance notice before it ends and update this page. After it ends, Efficient bills at the multiplier published at that time.

- Non-transferable: Offer benefits cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
- Cancellation and revocation: If a user violates any obligations, terms, policies, laws, or rules related to their account or any Qoder service or product, Qoder reserves the right to immediately cancel, void, and reclaim any benefits granted.
