Lite remains available until that time.
Typical use does not change. The Efficient model tier is already free for paid users and does not consume Credits. For more information, see Efficient Tier: Free for Paid Users.

- If Lite is selected in the model picker, select Efficient or another model.

- Search headless CLI configuration, Agent SDK calls, and Cloud Agents jobs for Lite.
- Replace Lite with Efficient, Auto, or another model. Service Account requests are not included in the free Efficient offer.
- Complete the change before 18 September 2026 at 14:00 Singapore time. After that time, requests that specify Lite fail.
- For QoderWake jobs on third-party platforms, confirm that Efficient is appropriate for the job. The job switches to Efficient automatically.
