Credits bonus
- Event period: The event starts on October 21, 2026 at 00:00 (UTC+8). The end date will be announced on this page in advance. Bonus eligibility is determined by whether the order payment succeeds during the event. Orders paid outside the event period are not eligible. Orders paid before October 20, 2026 at 24:00 (UTC+8) follow the previous event rules.
- Eligibility: The Credits bonus applies only to monthly Personal plans. The first-subscription bonus applies to Lite, Pro, and Pro+. A first Ultra subscription is not eligible. Lite, Pro, Pro+, and Ultra subscriptions renewed, upgraded, or resubscribed after expiration during the event receive bonus Credits as described in Term 4. Bonus Credits can be used with the same models as your current plan. Teams, Enterprise, and other non-Personal plans are not eligible.
- First subscription: An account qualifies for a first subscription if it has never had a successful payment. A refunded order still counts as a previous payment, so a later purchase is not treated as a first subscription.
- Bonus amount and issuance: Bonus Credits are issued automatically after the order payment succeeds and usually arrive within a few minutes.

- The amount shown on the order confirmation page prevails for each order.
- Validity: Bonus Credits are valid for 30 calendar days from the time they are issued, calculated in UTC+8. Unused Credits expire automatically and do not roll over. The end or early termination of the event does not affect bonus Credits already issued and still within their validity period.
- Refunds: Orders with Credits consumed during the subscription period are non-refundable. If an order has no Credits consumed and meets the refund requirements, it can be fully refunded. After the refund, the subscription is canceled, unused bonus Credits are revoked, and the account is still considered to have made a previous payment.
- Benefit restrictions: Bonus Credits cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, or invoiced.
- Abuse prevention: Qoder may disqualify accounts involved in abnormal or bulk registration, fraudulent transactions, or other violations of the Terms of Service, and may revoke issued bonus Credits.
- Event changes: Qoder reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or terminate this event and will provide notice by updating this page or through other official channels.
