Waker Assistant

Use Waker Assistant to learn about QoderWake, manage digital employees, and start or continue work from the current page.

Waker Assistant is the product assistant provided by default in QoderWake. It helps explain product capabilities, find and manage digital employees, check task status, and answer questions or start work using the current page. Waker Assistant is not a business Waker created by a user. It is managed by the system and is available only in local one-to-one conversations on the current device. It cannot be bound to IM, Autonomous Work, WakerFlow, Groups, or other collaboration scenarios.
Available entry points may depend on your account, version, device, and feature configuration. Follow the options in your current interface.

Open Waker Assistant

You can open Waker Assistant in the following ways:
  • Open the full conversation page from the Waker Assistant entry in Console.
  • Enable the floating assistant to use its window on other Console pages.
  • Select Full screen in the floating window to open the full conversation page, or Minimize to return to the floating view.
The floating window and full page share the same current conversation. Switching views does not create duplicate tasks or interrupt running work. For your first conversation, try the examples on the page, such as:
  • Learn which tasks a Waker can complete.
  • Delegate repetitive work to a digital employee.
  • Arrange and follow up on tasks from a work group chat.

Ask about the current page

On supported Console pages, Waker Assistant can answer questions using the current page information. To reference specific content, use Select to ask:
  1. Open the Waker Assistant floating window.
  2. Choose Select to ask.
  3. Select the area of the current page you want explained or processed.
  4. Review the reference and add your goal, constraints, and expected result.
  5. Send the question and verify that the reply refers to the correct object.
Select only the content needed for the task. Do not add account information, customer data, access tokens, or other sensitive page content to the question context.

Manage Wakers and work

Waker Assistant is useful for product operations across pages, such as:
  • Finding an existing Waker, Group, Skill, Connector, Autonomous Work item, or WakerFlow.
  • Explaining a digital employee's responsibilities, status, and available resources.
  • Checking task progress, actions awaiting confirmation, and reasons for failures.
  • Helping create or adjust permitted settings after you explicitly identify the business Waker.
  • Recommending an appropriate Waker, Group, Autonomous Work item, or WakerFlow for repetitive work.
For creation, modification, deletion, publishing, external sending, payments, or production operations, the assistant should first explain the target, impact, and confirmation points. Check the actual object before approving.

Continue a conversation

  • New conversation: start one when the goal, project, main object, or permission scope changes.
  • History: restore context and results for the same goal.
  • Message list: review unread messages, task progress, and confirmations requiring action.
  • Draft recovery: if unsent content is detected after an unexpected page refresh, check the draft before continuing.
If message delivery is uncertain, inspect the current conversation and history to see whether the message already exists. Do not immediately resend it and risk starting a duplicate task.

Configure the floating assistant

In Waker Assistant settings, enable or disable the floating assistant and choose an available avatar. These settings apply only to the current account and device.
  • Disabling the floating assistant hides its entry point but does not stop running tasks.
  • The system manages the Waker Assistant name; it cannot be changed.
  • If the floating entry is unavailable, update QoderWake and refresh Console. Existing conversations and tasks are not deleted by doing so.

Privacy and boundaries

  • Waker Assistant belongs to the signed-in account and device. Only the device owner can use its desktop entry point.
  • Hiding the floating window does not stop background tasks.
  • Page references should contain only what is needed for the current question.
  • High-risk management actions, external writes, and sensitive permissions still require product authorization and human confirmation.
  • The assistant cannot act as a business executor in IM, Groups, Autonomous Work, or WakerFlow. Create an ordinary Waker for ongoing business responsibilities.
